Dory Rich JSC is the leading distributor and provider of fast-moving consumer goods services in the Vietnamese market. Dory Rich JSC is the result of a successful collaboration between leading corporations in energy drink production in Thailand (TCP Group) and fast-moving consumer goods distribution in the Vietnamese market (Rich Field Group). Alongside the robust growth of the Vietnamese market in the international arena, Dory Rich believes it will be a pioneering vessel to revolutionize the fast-moving consumer goods distribution industry in Vietnam, ushering in a new era of breakthrough, enhancing consumer experiences.

The relationship began in 2016, when TCP Group decided to distribute the Warrior product in the market and selected Rich Field as the distributor for the Vietnamese market.

The 8-year journey (2016 – 2024) has proven the effectiveness of this bilateral cooperation with telling numbers: Starting from 0.5 containers/month and 15 employees, by 2018, import volume increased more than 300 times, the workforce expanded to 450 employees, with a distribution network covering 75% of the market and contributing 57% of industry-wide revenue. By 2024, the scale continues to double, consolidating its leading position in the segment.

With strategic vision and strong investments, Dory Rich JSC has built an extensive nationwide distribution system with impressive numbers as follows:

  • Over 168,000 traditional retail stores across the country.
  • More than 9000m² of total warehouse area certified with ISO 22000 & HACCP nationwide, with the total warehouse area at the key southern location being over 7000m².
  • More than 700 market-savvy sales personnel and highly specialized office staff.
  • Over 200 traditional channel distributors throughout Vietnam.
  • More than 45 major supermarket chains choose to collaborate (BigC, COOP, AEON, WCM, BHX, …).
  • Exclusive distribution of Red Bull and Warrior energy drinks in the Vietnamese market.

Not merely conducting business, Dory Rich JSC also brings international standards in service and simultaneously contributes to sustainable development with partners in the Vietnamese market.

Currently, Warrior and Red Bull energy drink lines have successfully improved packaging (recyclable, user-friendly) and formula (less sweet), focusing on consumer health and enhancing product quality experiences.

Furthermore, TCP Group and Rich Field Group – two enterprises meet at a core common point: commitment to sustainable development. Both companies place people, community, and the environment at the center of their long-term growth strategies. TCP focuses on recycling packaging, carbon neutrality, and water resource conservation, while Rich Field builds a humane working environment, develops safe products, and accompanies community initiatives. This harmony laid the foundation for the Dory Rich joint venture – where sustainable development is not just a direction but a guiding principle in all activities.

TCP Group aims to recycle 100% of its packaging by 2024, achieve carbon neutrality by 2050, and return more water than consumed by 2030. TCP also leaves a mark through meaningful youth-oriented programs on the journey to “energize society”: such as “Shine Vietnamese Strength” with 35 exemplary disabled youth representatives meeting the Secretary of the Central Party Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front or a 7-month program caring for the lives of young workers across the country in the “Young Workers’ Festival – Spreading Positive Energy” in Hanoi, …
